Enable Cursor and Examine Cursor Data

When analysing an OPC Chart Data, Genesis 3.1 can bring some help by providing data at the cursor location.

There is Bug in Genesis OPC Explorer 3.0 !!!
The first digit of the time at cursor position is not displayed. This is corrected in Genesis 3.1.
